Where else can I buy your work? While I'm not in any brick and mortar stores yet, you can find some of my earlier pieces for purchase on Etsy by searching "fishfulthinkingartco" in the store name section, or following this link.
Free Standard Shipping!? Free, standard (tracked) shipping is available at the checkout for delivery addresses in continental North America (Canada & USA). Free shipping is limited to orders over $150 (CAD). Items are usually shipped through Canada Post, where delivery standard times have been temporarily suspended due to Covid-19. That being said, there are still Express and Priority options at the checkout with rates calculated by location.
Are there duties on orders to the U.S.? There MAY be duties collected upon delivery, in which case this is the responsibility of the customer.
Can you do work with personal photos? Yes! If you have a reference photo you'd like me to use (I.E. catch of a lifetime, specific angle, etc...) just let me know in the custom order form here. Photos need to be of good resolution so I can tease out the details.
Where are you based out of? Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
Do you offer delivery? If you are local to the Hamilton area, YES! If you fall within the delivery range (30 km), this option will appear at check out.
Where do you ship to? Right now, I'm only shipping within Canada, the U.S. and a limited number of international destinations. This may change as demand changes. If you're looking to have something delivered outside of the shipping locations, shoot me an email through the "Contact" page and we will work something out!
Who do you ship through? Depending on the destination, I ship my pieces through Canada Post or UPS.
Do you offer discounts on large quantity orders? Yes! Depending on the number of pieces requested, the discount varies from free shipping to significant discounts in price. Of course, it depends on the specifics of the work, but this will be discussed when you request a quote.
Do you offer free shipping? Free shipping may be offered as a limited time promotion, in which case it would apply to any and all suitable custom orders placed within the promotion window.
Why does it take so long (3 - 6 weeks) for custom orders? I'm a full time biologist, and an artist after hours. I try my best to balance family, friends, work, health, and creating bomb pieces of art for you and yours to enjoy, and I would not want to run the risk of creating something subpar for you by rushing through and skimping on the nitty gritty details.
